\nWe have summer holidays from 24th May 2025\u201516th June 2025.
\nThe last shipping date is 20th May 2025, and the office will re-open from 17th June 2025 .
\nOrders placed by 18th May will be shipped before the holiday.
\nOrders placed after 19th May will be shipped after the holiday.
\nAlso, inquiries during summer holidays will be replied after the holiday.

2. Suspension of sales of Lemon Ginger
\nLemon Ginger is a very popular product that is only available during the winter season, but as temperature is rising, we will be suspending the sales of this product.

3. About fermented foods (Soy Sause, Miso)
\nFermented foods such as miso and soy sauce are generally not shipped during April to June, because temperature is high.
\nIf you place an order, please note that AOAC is not responsible for any problems such as leakage during delivery.<\/p>\n
Additionally, our white miso has been extremely popular and is currently in short supply.
\nThe next arrival is scheduled at the end of April.<\/p>\n
