- Rice vinegar, naturally fermented with our Japanese rice
We re-introduced rice vinegar which is naturally fermented with our Japanese rice.
We used to have before, but once we failed in fermentation,
after that it was difficult to recover it.
Now with the efforts of Japanese expert and our staff,
they successfully fermented the rice vinegar.
The taste is mild, fruity and naturally sweet.
It’s goof to use for dressing, pickles, sushi rice, chutney etc.
It is said that drinking one spoonful of vinegar with a glass of water helps in
controlling blood sugar, improve the intestine health and diet, too!
Please enjoy the product which our nature made.
- Re-organizing the categories of Japanese rice
We re-organized the categories of our Japanese rice by only;
-Aigamo (Duck) farming method & Low pesticide cultivation
-New rice which is within 6 months after harvest & other rice
We are sorry for inconvenience if you liked our seasonal-wise categories.
It was to improve the efficiency for customers to select items as well as for management.
We try to improve to serve efficiently to serve you.
- Dried burdock got sold out
We are sorry that dried burdock (gobo) got sold out already.
We will harvest and dry again in next April and May, 2024.
We are promoting our rice more in order to sustain our work.
